Makes 12 asparagus ham rolls

12 slices of | Glocken-Beune Asparagus Ham |
12 | large dried tomatoes in oil |
2 tablespoons of | roasted pine nuts |
2 tablespoons of | of yoghurt |
2 tablespoons of | mayonnaise |
12 | sage leaves to garnish |
Finger food skewers |
Preparation
- Lay the slices of asparagus ham out on a board or clean work surface.
- Lay a dried tomato on each.
- Coarsely chop the pine nuts.
- Blend the yoghurt and mayonnaise.
- Spread a little of the yoghurt and mayonnaise mixture on the slices of asparagus ham and sprinkle with pine nuts. Garnish with sage leaves.
- Roll up the ham and fix with the finger food skewers.
Arrange on a platter and serve.
